8.  B is the correct answer.  Kaposi sarcoma often appears as red or purple patches on the skin, mouth, liver or in the GI tract.  It is a slow growing cancer caused by a strain of the herpes virus.  It is seen in patients with AIDS.  Lichen planus presents with polygonal, purple, papules that are pruritic.  Eczema presents as a scaly dry patches of skin.  Psoriasis appears as white or gray plaques over areas of trauma usually.
