7.  C is the correct answer.  Oral condyloma presents as pink or white papillary lesions that are exophytic and may be flat and spongy.  They often present in immunosuppressed individuals.  Aphthous ulcers present as flat white lesions that are blister like and painful.  Molluscum usually is not seen in the mouth.
